Founded in February 2024, QUADCON BEC was established with a clear mission: to provide integrated infrastructure development solutions for both public and private sector clients, while promoting innovation, skills development, and the growth of small businesses.

Leadership Excellence

At the helm is the founder and Managing Director, Mr. Maumela Mashudu, an accomplished Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. His proven leadership and management skills have enabled him to successfully deliver numerous construction projects profitably, particularly within the private sector.

Mr. Mashudu’s qualifications include:

• BEngTech (Civil Engineering)

• Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification

• Labor Intensive Construction (LIC) accreditation

• Registration with ECSA as an Engineering Technologist

• Registration with SACPCMP as a Construction Project Manager

• Membership with the South African Institute of Civil Engineering (SAICE)
